EKA Hellas, a member of the EKA group, and a premium partner of highly-esteemed office furniture manufacturers, operates in the field of designing, creating and furnishing efficient and innovative workplaces, with active human-centric philosophy provided by interaction.
EKA Hellas turned to Artware for the design of its new website with the aim of communicating digitally, via a new website, its renewed profile, featuring its philosophy, quality, expertise and presenting its extensive range of products. Thus, these were our main ingredient list for our dedicated web design project.
The new website of EKA Hellas is not just another webdesign project for a company that provides office furniture. On the contraty, it’s something even more than designing a developing a high-end website. It is the implementation of a website that integrates the content and the communication strategy, fully personalized both according to our client’s needs and the characteristics of its specialized target audience.
Our goal through web design was to clearly present all the information, through a renewed perspective, innovative design for the integration of the quality communication features of its identity and products, and the creation of quality content, with targeted features, exclusively dedicated to the target audience of EKA Hellas.
Web design – A website that forms an “ecosystem”
Considering the web design project for the new website of EKA Hellas, before we even proceed with creating any element, we conducted in-depth research on the characteristics and requirements, both due to the customer’s specialization, and for the effective presentation of the content, through qualitative targeting.
Our client’s refreshed logo formed the guidelines for the aesthetics of the web design process. Through the clarity of its design and the application of the color code, we created the wireframes and the site-mar of an integrated “ecosystem” of pages and sub-pages with specialized features in terms of functionality, user experience and content communication strategy.
This “ecosystem” of EKA Hellas new website, as a product of specialized web design, includes 3 basic types of webpages: 1. Webpage with informative content, 2. Product Webpage, 3. Hybrid webpage with augmented UX/UI design focus.
The design of the EKA Hellas website includes enhanced UX/UI design, both through targeted information content and smart web development. The mobile-friendly design is also enhanced by the optimization of every website’s section and content, ensuring not only the adaptability to every type of device and the excellent loading speed, but also the targeted presentation of the content in accordance with the communication strategy. The smart mega-menu directs the visitor easily to their point of interest within the website, making navigation easy, while the number of product categories and products is easily “tamed” and browsed by the website’s visitor, according to their needs, through the embedded smart and active filtering system.
