We evolved Unigreen’s identity into a clearer B2B brand system, built to support retailers, distributors, international partnerships, and export-ready communication across outdoor, beach, and diving categories.
The design system gave Unigreen a scalable visual language for a complex B2B catalog. Colors, icons, and interface rules were structured to make product categories easier to understand, easier to navigate, and easier to expand over time.
The website was rebuilt as a commercial infrastructure layer, not a standalone presentation site. It connects category navigation, partner positioning, export communication, and B2B access into one system that supports how Unigreen sells, represents brands, and grows.
The wireframing phase reduced project risk before design started. We translated Unigreen’s product depth, distributor needs, and partner journeys into a clear structure, making the website easier to navigate, easier to scale, and easier to connect with the B2B platform.
The web design connected brand expression with commercial usability. Every screen was structured to help buyers understand categories faster, explore product lines with less friction, and move naturally toward the B2B area.
Navigation became a key business layer. We organized Unigreen’s product depth into clear category paths, faster search behavior, recommended results, and direct B2B access, turning a complex catalog into a more controlled buying experience.
Product pages became a sales-support layer. We organized media, specifications, availability, SKU data, brand information, and ordering context into a clearer structure, helping B2B buyers compare products faster and reducing friction before the purchase decision.
The B2B platform turned ordering into a structured operational flow. ERP data, stock status, personalized pricing, product catalogs, invoices, quick orders, and bulk submissions were connected into one controlled environment for retailers and distributors.
The project gave Unigreen a clearer and more scalable digital foundation. Strategy, branding, UX, content, ERP connectivity, and B2B ordering now work together as one system, supporting the company’s role as both a distributor and a growth partner for international brands.
