Infolex Web Experience
ERP-powered, dark-themed, SEO-optimized, high-performance partner platform.
What happens when you redesign a legacy B2B system for the exclusive distributor of Lexmark in Greece?
A high-performance partner platform, ERP-synced, SEO-optimized, and obsessively user-focused. The result? A seamless flow from login to fulfillment — and a dark UI experience so intuitive, partners forget the old system ever existed.

Before the Redesign
The legacy system was functional — but far from frictionless. What worked five years ago was now holding Infolex’s partners back.
Slow Workflows: Ordering supplies, registering products, or extending warranties often required manual actions, emails, or phone calls — introducing delays and human error.
Fragmented UX: Interfaces were disconnected. Information was scattered across different portals with inconsistent UI, making navigation unintuitive even for experienced partners.
Manual Product Registration: Warranty registration was a tedious process, with no centralization or confirmation logic. Many partners avoided it altogether.
No Scalability: As Infolex’s network of 2,000+ resellers grew, the system couldn’t support multi-region users, permission roles, or real-time updates without constant admin intervention.
No SEO Infrastructure: The public-facing pages lacked proper structure, metadata, and keyword strategy — resulting in minimal organic search presence despite Infolex’s dominant market position.
Before

01. UX WORKSHOP
Strategic UX Foundation
Before any design took shape, we redefined the structure beneath it. The project began with in-depth UX workshops, where we mapped every partner journey, identified bottlenecks, and aligned user flows with ERP logic and business objectives. From sitemap to wireframes, every decision served a clear purpose: to simplify ordering, registration, and account management for Infolex’s vast partner network. What emerged wasn’t just a layout—it was an experience framework engineered for speed, clarity, and seamless integration.

02. INTERFACE DESIGN
Custom Dark UI System
Design followed strategy—with precision. We created a tailored interface system in Figma that balances clarity with visual comfort. The dark theme wasn’t just a style choice; it supports extended use, enhances contrast, and reflects the brand’s modern edge. Every interaction—from product search to warranty extension—was built to be fast, intuitive, and reliable across all devices. The result is a UI that partners don’t think about—because it just works.

03. ORDER & WARRANTY FLOW
Seamless from Login to Fulfillment
We redesigned the full product flow to mirror how real partners work: fast, task-focused, and interruption-free. From the moment users log in, they’re guided through a streamlined journey—searching products, placing orders, extending warranties, or registering devices—all in just a few intuitive steps. No page reloads, no guesswork. Behind the scenes, each action syncs directly with the ERP, ensuring up-to-date stock levels, instant confirmations, and zero data loss. The entire experience is frictionless, consistent, and built to scale with Infolex’s partner network.

04. INTEGRATION PARTNERSHIP
Built on Strategy, Delivered with Precision
While Artware led the UX, UI, and content strategy, development and ERP connectivity were executed by our trusted partner, Synectics. The collaboration was structured, strategic, and seamless. From the early wireframe stages, Synectics was involved in reviewing flows, aligning backend logic, and planning for real-time ERP interactions. Together, we ensured that every user action—placing an order, registering a product, updating warranty status—was tightly integrated with Infolex’s internal systems. The result: a fully connected digital platform that doesn’t just look smart—it runs smart.
