Newsletter form

By subscribing to our newsletter, you give us permission to store in the database of our newsletter service provider your name (if you register it) and your email. And thanks to the two-factor verification we use, after registering your email address, you should receive a verification email. It’s only after this confirmation via the verification email that your newsletter registration will be validated.
The newsletters we send mainly concern our news and achievements and do not include the promotion of other companies or products.
You can update your personal information or unsubscribe at any time by following the corresponding links at the bottom of all newsletters you receive from us. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to update your details or delete your email.

Artware is the only one with access to this data. For more information about Mailchimp, the newsletter service provider we use, you can refer to its privacy policy.
Obviously, if you choose to unsubscribe from our newsletter service, it will automatically stop receiving any updates and your email address will be removed for the recipient list.

Contact Form

By filling out and submit a contact form, you provide us with all the included contact information and the corresponding details, regarding your request. This data is not stored in our database or server. We do not share the above information with third parties and do not use it for other purposes, unless this is explicitly included in your request written in the form.
We do keep and process any of the aforementioned information collected for as long as is necessary to provide you with your requested services. Any data stored, we safeguard it by commercially acceptable means to prevent loss, unauthorized access, exposure to third parties, copying, unauthorized use, or modification. Upon your request, your data and email address should be deleted.
We do not share personal identificatopm data publicly or with third parties, unless required / requested by law.

Security Log Data

In the event that a person attempts to gain unauthorized access to our website admin, we retain their IP address in our log files. As this attempted action constitutes improper / malicious attempt to gain unauthorized access, we reserve the right to retain, store and process the aforementioned security log data.
