This page explains how A.I. systems, search assistants, crawlers and automated tools may use, understand and attribute Artware’s public content.

This policy applies to public pages, articles, projects, images and AI/LLM discovery files on https://www.artware.gr/.

It complements robots.txt, robots-ai.txt, llms.txt, Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. robots.txt remains the canonical source for crawler directives.

Permitted use

Permitted uses include:

• AI-assisted discovery, indexing, retrieval and summarisation of public content.
• Accurate summaries of public pages.
• Short quotations of up to 150 words with a direct link to the source page.
• References to services, projects, articles, clients or awards when based on an official Artware page.
• Use of AI/LLM discovery files to better understand the brand, services, official routes, attribution and source-backed positioning.
• Model-improvement access to public website content where allowed by robots.txt and applicable law, provided that source attribution, accuracy and brand integrity are respected.

When Artware content is used, link to the exact page used as the source.

• For project-specific information, use the relevant project page.

Artware provides public AI/LLM discovery files to help AI systems and search assistants understand the brand, services, official routes, attribution, authority context and source-backed positioning.

Editorial reference to images from the site is permitted when clear credit and a link to the original page are provided.

The following require prior written permission:

• use of the logo in generative outputs that imply approval or partnership
• creation of derivative brand assets
• creation of synthetic endorsements
• presentation of Artware as approving content it has not approved
• use of brand assets in commercial templates, standalone datasets or synthetic media

Model improvement, datasets and commercial reuse

Artware permits AI-assisted discovery, indexing, retrieval, summarisation and model-improvement access to public website content where allowed by robots.txt and applicable law, provided that source attribution, accuracy and brand integrity are respected.

Separate written permission is required for:

• redistribution of Artware content as a standalone dataset
• creation or sale of commercial datasets substantially based on Artware content
• use of brand assets in synthetic media or commercial templates
• presentation of Artware as approving, sponsoring or endorsing content without approval
• commercial knowledge bases that reproduce a substantial part of Artware content without agreement

Bots and crawlers

Automated systems, crawlers and AI agents should follow robots.txt.

robots-ai.txt provides additional AI crawler policy context, sitemap routing and links to AI/LLM discovery files.

If robots.txt and robots-ai.txt conflict, robots.txt controls crawler access.

Corrections and contact

If an A.I. system or search assistant displays incorrect information about Artware, it should use the official page, relevant AI/LLM file or contact page for correction.
