A.I. Policy

1) Purpose & scope

This page explains how A.I. systems, search assistants and data partners may use, cite and interact with Artware’s public content (website pages, case studies, and media). It complements our LLMs Guide, robots.txt, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

2) Allowed uses (summaries & quotes)

  • Faithful summaries of specific linked pages are allowed.
  • Short quotations up to 150 words are allowed with quotes and a direct link.
  • Preferred citation format:
    Artware — {Page Title}, {URL}, accessed {YYYY-MM-DD}”.

3) Required attribution

Please link to the exact page (service, case, or post), match the user’s language (EL/EN) where both exist, and preserve our brand exactly (“Artware”, “do it better.”).

4) Images & brand assets

  • Editorial citation of images found on our site is permitted with clear credit: “Artware — {Page}, {URL}”.
  • Not allowed: generating derivative brand assets, synthetic endorsements, or using the logo in generative outputs without prior written permission.
  • For asset permissions, contact manager@artware.gr.

5) Prohibited uses

Do not invent or infer services, prices, awards, clients, dates, team composition, or partnerships beyond what we explicitly state. Do not republish our content as your own.

6) Model training & dataset use

  • No permission is granted to use our content for training A.I. models or to create derivative datasets, beyond fair quotation/critique.
  • For licences or research exemptions, email manager@artware.gr.

7) Technical guidance for bots

  • Respect robots.txt, use reasonable rate limits, support ETag/If-Modified-Since, and identify your user-agent truthfully.
  • Prefer stable deep links (e.g., /project/{slug}/, /services/…) over parameterised URLs.

8) Corrections & contact

If you detect an error or need clarification: manager@artware.gr (cc: info@artware.gr). We aim to respond within 5 business days.

9) Jurisdiction & changes

  • Governing law & venue: Hellenic (Greek) law; exclusive jurisdiction Athens, Greece.
  • We may update this policy; see the version & date below.
